Offices and buildings
Buildings that only use what they need and are managed from one place.

What building automation is
Building automation connects a whole building, lighting, climate, blinds, access and energy, and manages it from a single point. We work with DALI, KNX, Zigbee or Bluetooth Mesh, depending on the building.
In an office or a warehouse, most of the cost goes on empty spaces and on hours when nobody is there. Building automation prevents that: light comes on only where there are people, adjusts to daylight, and climate works by zones and schedules.
Offices and corporate buildings
- Workstations. Light that adjusts to daylight and presence, without glare.
- Meeting rooms. Scenes for presentations or video calls, blinds and screen with a single button.
- Common areas, corridors and toilets. Light only comes on when someone is there.
- Reception. Access control and brand image through light.
- Climate. By zones, with office hours and switch-off after hours.
- Car park. Presence-controlled light with a minimum safety level.
- Management. Consumption per floor, alarms and reports from one panel.
Industry and warehouses
- Warehouse floor. LED high bays with presence detection and dimming according to skylight daylight.
- Racking aisles. Light comes on only in the aisle being used.
- Loading docks. By schedule or presence.
- Outdoor areas and car parks. By schedule and with a daylight sensor.
- Management. Consumption by zone and operating hours for each system.
What your building gains
You stop paying for light and climate in empty spaces.
You meet building automation requirements.
Better light and temperature for the people inside.
The whole building, visible from one place.
Proactive artificial intelligence
It doesn’t wait for an order: it gets there first.
The more you use it, the better it knows your routines, and it suggests the right scene for each person, time and room.
No commands to learn. Just say "it’s getting dark" and the right lights come on.
The panel wakes up as you approach and shows what you need at that moment.
It monitors consumption across the whole home or building and switches off what nobody is using.
Regulations
Building automation is no longer just an upgrade: in many cases it is mandatory.
We help you find out where your building stands and what it needs to comply.
