What data we process

This website has no forms and does not collect data itself. We only process the data you send us when you contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone: your name, your contact details and the information you share about your project.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, provide the service and issue invoices.

Legal basis

Taking pre-contractual steps at your request and, where applicable, performing the contract (article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation). For invoicing, compliance with legal obligations (article 6.1.c).

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry or provide the service, and afterwards for the periods required by law, for example for tax purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not pass your data to third parties unless legally required. To communicate we use service providers such as email and WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), which may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided by law. The website hosting provider may log technical access data, such as IP addresses, for security reasons.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@bright-ideas.es. If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
